Our South Stradbroke retreat is designed to be an accessible, affordable, and conscious pause for anyone who carries the weight of care, expectation, and responsibility.

Together, we will share a spacious island home that comfortably accommodates 8, with options ranging from a single shared room to a private queen suite with an en-suite bathroom.

Yoga
Yoga at the retreats are Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. The yoga classes are created especially for women. Designs to support your changing body, your busy mind, and your deep inner wisdom.
Nature
We practise amongst the backdrop of nature – letting the elements guide our deep rest and reflection. Our Yoga sessions flows with the energy of the sea: fluid, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. We then explore our surrounds through activities and adventure.
Connection
Our retreats are created especially for women. Designs to support your changing body, your busy mind, and your deep inner wisdom – and to leave feeling more connected to yourself and others.

From 4:00 PM – Arrive, settle in, and exhale.
5:00 PM – Welcome circle — connect, ground, and set intentions.
6:00 – 7:00 PM – Nourishing plant-based dinner.
7:00 – 8:30 PM – Evening Yoga Nidra: rest the body, soothe the mind, soften into retreat.

9:30 – 11:00 AM – Morning yoga or mindful movement

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Workshop, ocean walk, or creative exploration
1:00 – 2:30 PM – Long lunch and quiet rest
2:30 – 4:00 PM – Afternoon yoga, discussion or embodied practice

Nourish your body and mind
At the Seaside Yoga retreats, food is more than just fuel, it's part of your healing journey. We embrace Ayurvedic principles and offer a delicious, plant-based menu designed to balance both body and mind.
All plant based foods are welcome here. We honour a non restrictive, inclusive approach to nourishment that supports your unique constitution and wellbeing.
During our 3-day, 2- night retreats, you’ll also have the opportunity to cook lunch together in a hands-on Ayurvedic cooking session. Learn how to prepare simple, grounding meals that suit your individual dosha (body type), and take home the knowledge to continue your wellness journey long after the retreat ends.

Activities on Retreat
Daily Yoga practice
Begin each day with a dynamic vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement in an energising, embodied practice. Suitable for all levels, our classes support strength, flexibility, and presence—meeting you just as you are on the mat.
Slow down with Yin Yoga
Afternoons invite stillness with yin yoga. This meditative, floor-based practice targets deep connective tissues, helping you release tension and quiet the mind. It’s the perfect counterbalance to active days, encouraging rest and inner spaciousness.
Deep rest through Yoga Nidra
Evenings close with yoga nidra—“yogic sleep.” This guided meditation leads you into deep relaxation between waking and sleeping, promoting nervous system healing, emotional release, and restorative rest.
Nature-based activities
Our retreats connect you to nature with nourishing activities like ocean dips, beach or forest walks, scenic bike rides, and peaceful SUP sessions. Each experience invites play, presence, and a deeper sense of groundedness and joy.
