We’re honoured you’re considering joining us on one of our Seaside Yoga Sanctuary global retreats. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy carefully. This policy is designed to protect your investment and help us provide the highest quality retreat possible.

📆 Participant Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply.

More than 60 days before the retreat start date:

• You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $100 non-refundable deposit (or booking/administration fee).

30–59 days before the retreat start date:

• You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price.

Less than 30 days before the retreat start date:

• No refunds will be issued.

Please make all cancellations in writing via email.

🔁Transfers

You can transfer your retreat spot to another person at no additional cost, if you let us know at least 14 days before the retreat start date. You are responsible for any changes related to flights, visas, and accommodations.

🌍 International Travel Requirements

Passports & Visas:

• Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, and that you have any required visas or entry documents for the retreat destination.

 Vaccinations & Health Precautions:

• You must comply with all local health regulations, including any vaccination or testing requirements. We are not liable for denied entry or costs incurred due to non-compliance.

🚨Travel Insurance – Required

We require all international retreat participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which must include:

    •    Trip cancellation coverage

    •    Emergency medical care

    •    Travel delays/interruptions

    •    COVID-related disruptions

    •    Lost baggage

Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

❌Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or low enrollment), you will receive:

    •    A full refund, OR

    •    A credit toward a future retreat of your choice

We are not responsible for any additional costs (flights, visas, etc.) incurred due to cancellation, so please ensure your travel insurance covers these.

🌪️Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of government, pandemics, or travel restrictions. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in these cases, but we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements.
